Ana’s practice is a product of balancing opposites: a desire to tell a story - truthfully, in great detail and style - and to also leave it untold and rough, so that the audience can finish it themselves. This has led her artistic work into profusion of meditative formats dealing with perceptions of temporality, visual boundaries, societal norms and alternative treatment of archive material.
